Slow up not working #345

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Configure flaps (channel 6) for throttle switch and slow down 10 and slow up 
10
2.toggle throttle switch up then down
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected slow up and down flap. Got slow down but fast up

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
V1.5189-erez (8/12/11 18:06:02) on Linux 64-bit.

Please provide any additional information below.
Saw same behaviour in eepe simulator
