Could you add a physical switch of three positions using PB7 pin (17), PC0 (35) 
or PG2 (43)?

Is not that, I mean install a second three-way switch by taking advantage of 
unused ports in the micro

Following the electrical diagram of tx, there are free ports in the micro that 
could be used for this purpose would only be implemented in firmware and solder 
two wires to a three-position switch and two of the three ports that there are 
still free.
