Minor issue - Incorrect instructions in apikilllog #178

Page in question: ?a=admin_api

Issue:   "Your UserID and API FULL Key can be obtained here"

"API Full Keys" do not exist any more.

Solution:  "Your UserID and VCode can be obtained here"

The link "Here" tells the CCP Servers to automaticly select kill log features 
for the user, but is defaulted to the personal key.

It may be helpful to display a link to the help image from previous versions of 
apikilllog, as it specifies what you need and don't need.

Note: "here" refers to 
"http://support.eveonline.com/api/Key/CreatePredefined/256"
Note:  A key with a access mask of 256 can only fetch kills.

The first part is fixed, but clearer instructions are still needed.
