Change the url to a simple URL

Product Example:
http://buylocalcentral.com/index.php?product/Throw-Blanket-Irish-Blessing.html 
(as an example) to a simpler URL such as:
http://buylocalcentral.com/product/Throw-Blanket-Irish-Blessing

Merchant Example:
http://buylocalcentral.com/shop or store/ShopName
