Side Menu Option #25

Make it possible to include a specific menu in different locations.  For 
example:

On BLC - allow to place the Category Menu on the right side of the page on a 
specific page (e.g. Home Page only).  Allowing this menu to be fully expanded.

See Etsy.com as an example.
