CustomPage: Image URL options don't load when viewing existing CustomPage post #34

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add new post in CustomPage gadget with an image and external URL options.
2. Go back and edit the newly added post.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Image URL options should be set to the ones that were saved. They are not.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
