WHMCSAPI: e-mail address exists error for addclient API call #42

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. call "addclient" method via UsersHTML->WHMCSAPI
2. If e-mail of client we're adding exists, it throws error

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
If client exists, call "getclientsdetails" API method, to get details to log 
the client in.
