Transaction fees in Ecommerce gadget. #54

Use registry keys for:

transaction_mode: "add" fees to total amount, "subtract_total" from total 
amount, or "subtract_owners" from each owner's amount.

transaction_percent: percentage to apply

transaction_amount: amount to apply - if this amount is greater than zero, and 
the calculated transaction_percent is less than this amount, this amount will 
be applied instead.
