Add online chat support #64

Add a chat support system like http://www.craftysyntax.com/index.php when we 
get busier.

Heck No!  Definitely not Crafty - they are the biggest hole for exploits.  
Seriously, live chats are major resource hogs.  The newfeeds will handle chats.

Well everybody else has chat for online support so I figured with your 
programming skill you could handle it.  But I understand if you don't have the 
abilities.

There a re inherit issues with chat programs; but one thing we need to 
consider.  Every other store is only selling their stuff.  In our case; I feel 
that the chat operators would be fielding chats that are either product related 
and/or merchant related.  Since the operator would eventually sending those 
requests directly to the merchants, we would be paying for an operator that is 
a message taker on behalf of the merchants, etc.  

I would rather spend monies in areas that will improve a shoppers experience 
over convenience that everyone else does.  We have a newsfeed that will truly 
handle issues that would be asked on a chat.
