Wrong Username/Password Link #80

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Input Username
2. Input incorrect password
3. Re-directed to sign-up page (not incorrect password/username page)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The expected output would be to see a page that informs the user that an 
incorrect password or username has been entered and provides the "Forgot your 
password?" option. Instead, if a user has the wrong input, they are re-directed 
to create a new account. 

What web browser are you using (Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc)? On what
operating system?

Chrome with Windows 7
