Present OpenOffice- and PDF-Presentations #4

Create the possibility to add a presentation to the schedule and present
it. Basically all formats which are supported by OpenOffice are feasible.

OpenOffice can be started in the background with the command:

 openoffice -invisible

There are some python-bindings to OpenOffice at
http://udk.openoffice.org/python/python-bridge.html

Presenting PDF would also be nice to have.
