Splash Screen #92

At the moment it is a bit confusing that the interface of ExpoSong is shown and
with a large number of songs for a few seconds you just see the interface and
no schedules, no presentations.
So it would be good to have a splash screen for ExpoSong that is shown while
the songs are being loaded.

Added a splash screen in r474 with the ExpoSong image. It would be nice to
integrate it with the logging, so that it would say 'Loading lyric presentation
"Amazing Grace"', but I'm not planning to have those strings translated, and it
shows the filename instead of the presentation title in the log.

My idea for a splash screen image was something like
http://www.poulsbocc.com/service-times/, but with a presentation screen with
"ExpoSong" on the screen. I don't really go to any "hand raising"
congregations, but I think it is found in scripture, and it's a common image
for worship.

I think it is not neccessary to show which presentations are loaded, because it
would change really fast. All we could do is showing something like
- Loading Presentations
- Loading Schedules
- Loading Images
- Loading User Interface

We could also put a progressbar, but this is from minor priority.

Progress bar is done. I'm happy with it. Should we try to get another image for
the splash screen? We could add the "Just Worship" slogan.

Anyways, reopen if you would like to do more with the image.
