Artist Thumb filename starts with a 'space' character when downloading thumbs for multi-artists tracks #113

When fanart handler downloads artist thumbs for tracks with multiple artists 
the filename created starts with a space e.g.

NowPlayingScrape is starting for artist Run-DMC | Aerosmith:

C:\ProgramData\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\Thumbs\Music\Artists\ AerosmithL.jpg

It could also be because it was the 2nd artist and the split does not do a trim 
on the resulting artists.
