Please provide a description of the requested enhancement below.

Greetings and thankyou for this plugin

I would like to request an option for 'use regional settings'

for example, in latest tv recordings overlay in streamedp,
the Recorded On: date is YYYY-MM-DD

I would like an option to display this in my regions format, DD-MM-YYYY

Bascially the TV Plugin itself, MPTVSeries etc all have the dates in my format 
DD-MM-YYYY its only the recently added which is around the wrong way
