Use thumb if no Backdrop available #120

Please provide a description of the requested enhancement below.

I like to have Thumbs instead of none or default backdrop if no "real" backdrop 
is available. Especially in MyVideos this will help a lot to see what's the 
Video is all about.
This could be implemented as an option in fanart handler
