Filter fanart to hide PG-13, R and NC-17 material #130

I like using Fanart handler for music, movies and TV-Series, but as I do have 
some horror movies, navigating the Basic Home isn't always fun when I have the 
kids next to me in the sofa. Would it be possible to import the rating for 
movies from the movie databases into FanArt Handler's database and (optionally) 
filter out those for Basic Home?

In practice, something like:

<texture>#fanarthandler.movingpicture.backdrop1.any.safe</texture>
