Confusing 'Save and Close' handling in configuration #20

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Make some changes in the configuration dialog
2. Click on 'Save and Close'

Result: You are prompted that settings have been saved, but in fact they
have not...they are actually still in memory ready to be written until user
clicks OK on the main MediaPortal configuration form.

I think this should be changes to it immediately saves settings and the
prompt suggests as its quite common to press cancel in the main form which
will loose your changes.

I will change this to immediate save later. For now I have changed the save
