Settings are not saved if you manually enter in values #21

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. In Configuration type into one of the combo boxes e.g. 'Show each image for'
2. Set value by typing to '20'
3. Save and Close
4. Re-open config

What is the expected output? 
Setting is applied

What do you see instead?
Setting reverts to default, if you monitor the config file you will see
setting actually gets wiped.

If this is not supported then the combo boxes should be changed to
Drop/Down selection only.

What version of the Fanart Handler plugin are you using?
v1.0.0
