Can't start manual scrape until MP Config is restarted / Can't start manual scrape unless automatic scrape is enabled #32

What steps will reproduce the problem?
**************************************

1. Open fanart configuration
2. Disable automatic scraping of artist images (tick box)
3. Save and close fanart plugin
4. Save and close MP Configuration
5. Reopen fanart configuration
6. Try to start a manual scrape within the configuration, nothing happens
7. Re-enable automatic scraping of artist images (tickbox)
8. Try to start a manual scrape within the configuration, nothing happens
9. Now save and close fanart plugin, and save and close MP Config
10. Reopen fanart configuration
11. Now manual start scrape button works

What sversion of the Fanart Handler plugin are you using?
