Delete all images in image manager only deletes half at a time #35

Had to press 'Delete all images' several times to remove all the images
that had been scraped. It was apparently removing only half at a time, Once
the list was down to a few in the window, pressing 'Delete' again removed
exactly half of them. ... 8 ... 4 ... 2 ... 1 ... gone

I tried to reproduce the problem.

It actually deletes ALL the files on the very first press, 
however the problem is that it doesn't update the GUI properly.

If you hit delete ALL files once, then click save and close.  When you reopen 
you'll
find that all the fiels are gone.
