Enhancement Request - Avoid repeating htbackdrops searchs in now playing scraper #50

I notice that everytime the artist changes the now playing scraper rechecks
htbackdrops.com for an artist image.  I think this may overload the site
and create unnecessary traffic.  I think it's pointless also to recheck so
many times within a short period.  I would suggest having some sort of
limit, ie/ 1x fanart search per artist / 24 hrs.
