Sorry my English!! I need fanart for selected item for example in
mytvrecordedtv.xml,mytvsearch.xml.. if it's not present FH is showing random
images
from another folder (TvSeries or Movingpicture fanart folder), likely as in
mymusic
but there is supported only mymusicgenres.xml. I hope you understand my :-) Thx

It's great!!!:) I saw the new function "Manage Random Fanart - TV Fanart" and I
think
it's the right direction but by "Import Local Fanart" for example form TVSeries
folder
(we have the image there) we get file copy in tv folder what make my fanart
archive
bigger and bigger. May be paths to the files is enough and so we could share
the
backgrounds between various plugins? Thx for hard work and time.

Hi,
This function does not read from the tv folder. It will work like this;
It takes all the images that you have in the movie folder, and reads the moving
picture db and reads the tvseries db. These three sources are then used to
match for
example a recorded tv program.
So no need to copy or import ;)

This issue is still marked as To Be Decided! When will you make a decision? :D
If I understand this issue correctly, when implmented skins can display RANDOM
movie or TV fanart in any TV window (Home, Guide, Recorded, Program Info,
Scheduled Search, etc) using:
#fanarthandler.movie.backdrop1/2.any
#fanarthandler.tv.backdrop1/2.any
#fanarthandler.tvseries.backdrop1/2.any
#fanarthandler.movingpicture.backdrop1/2.any
Will there also be support for SELECTED fanart from:
#fanarthandler.movie.backdrop1.selected
#fanarthandler.tv.backdrop1.selected (new property!)
I agree with LostTwn - the whole TV Section in MP is really lacking Fanart
Handler to make it much more attractive!
Cheers
