Enhancement: Show resolution of fanart in manage fanart tab #70

Would be useful to show this information.

For instance, I often have multiple copies of the same image scraped in
different dimensions.  I would choose to disable the 1280P version in
preference of the 1080P version, however I don't know which one is which.

I could go into the directory and noting the fanart # reference in the
brackets, however it would be simplier if the resolution was stated.

You could either display it in a column, or you could display the
resolution of the currently selected item beneath the thumnbnail preview.
