List Artists with No fanart #77

There is always going to be artists where no fanart can be found.   It would 
be good if the plugin could list those artists without fanart.

It would be even better if it was possible to list how many images were 
associated to an artist.  This would allow much better control and allow 
users to see how much fanart they need to download manually.
