Multiple artist or special chars handling defect (?) #89

Artist: Bob Marley & The Wailers
Should do a search like

http://www.htbackdrops.com/search.php?search_terms=all&cat_id=1&search_keywords=
bob%20marley%20the%20wailers

which returns an image. However it is not recognized.

Using Version 2.1.1.13899

Log:
Debug [             Scraper]: Trying to find fanart for artist Bob Marley & the 
wailers. 
Debug [     DatabaseManager]: No fanart found for artist Bob Marley & the 
wailers.
