Provide a "re-download" (or "update") link to update works-in-progress #2

An incomplete story gets new chapters over time, with varying frequency. It
would be nice if the stories on the "Recently downloaded" page had a way to
collect updates (or re-download the entire story) without cluttering up the
list with duplicates.

I suggest adding an "Update" link which would do the following:

1) Create a new download using the same URL as the original download
2) Remove the original download if step 1 succeeds

Accepted, this will be added at some point in future, but no guarantees.

The web interface should now only keep the latest copy (of each format) of each
story.

The command-line version has an update feature now, but the logistics of doing
it in the web interface are such that we don't plan to implement it there.

A link to re-download the entire story would be possible, but we only keep
'recent' stories for 6 days now. It does not appear that all that many update
that quickly.
