Story download from Fanfiction.net failed because " list index out of range"

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. go to calibre plug in
2. select add new from URL(s)
3. select "mobi" output, Overwrite if newerm ok

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
a mobi format story to download to calibre

FFDL download log says: 

None of the URLs can be downloaded

Already fixed in plugin v1.7.16.  Calibre may not report the new version yet, 
but you can force it to update by installing FFDL again.
