Cannot download stories from grangerenchanted.com #60

Are you using the CLI, web service or calibre plugin?

calibre plugin

What is the story URL? -

example http://www.grangerenchanted.com/enchant/viewstory.php?sid=4992

or http://www.grangerenchanted.com/enchant/viewstory.php?sid=4717

What is the output format you used?
Epub

If calibre plugin, did you use Add New, Update EPUB if New Chapters, Update
EPUB Always, Overwrite if Newer, Overwrite Always or Update Calibre
Metadata Only?  New Update

Add New, 

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Entering Story URL
2.Entering another Story URL
3.Entering any Story URL

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

It's working fine for me with those stories.

We see this problem sometimes when the site itself is having problems.  We also 
sometimes see it with different Skins.  If you continue to see this problem, 
please report what Skin you are using.  It's under "Account Info" then "Edit 
Preferences".  Try using Skin EnchantedFogWide if you've been using a different 
one.

If that doesn't help either, please run calibre in debug mode from a command 
prompt using:

"C:\Program Files\Calibre2\calibre-debug" -g

Then try your download again and when the problem happens, post the output in 
the command prompt window here.
