Are you using the CLI, web service or calibre plugin?
I have tried both.

What is the story URL?

What is the output format you used?
pdf

If calibre plugin, did you use Add New, Update EPUB if New Chapters, Update
EPUB Always, Overwrite if Newer, Overwrite Always or Update Calibre
Metadata Only?

If calibre plugin, what language do use calibre in?

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Downloader will download the first chapter but it's blank.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
FanFictionDownloader.exe    Microsoft® Windows®   ~55MB

Our FFDL project is unrelated to the similarly named FanFictionDownloader.exe.  
You have to talk to http://fanfictiondownloader.net/ about that one.

Our FFDL has been updated to handle the TWCS changes, but doesn't have PDF 
output.
Our web service is at: http://fanfictiondownloader.appspot.com
