ApolloLaunchDelegate.dirDoesNotExist #27

Great job on this port ... Flex seems to be working ok so far on my box, but 
Air 
has a problem.  When i try to run my air app i get this popup error

!ApolloLaunchDelegate.dirDoesNotExist!
