Patch: please install a thumbnailer for Gnome 3

In gnome 2, thumbnailers are set in gconf.
Now in gnome 3, the way to register thumbnailers changed.
Please install the attached thumbnailer file to
/usr/share/thumbnailers.
Without this, the thumbnailer does not work with gnome 3/nautilus.

The attached file is based on the *.desktop file for thunar.
The listed supported mime types are few.
IIRC ffmpeg can support more formats then that, right?

Version 2.0.8 has the option to install the supplied thumbnailer
