What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. clicking a pdf link

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
a blank window is opening without any document

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Quartz pdf plugin 0.95 with OSX 10.5.3 (PPC)

I'm seeing the same thing on 10.5.3 PPC, FF3RC3, Quartz PDF plugin 0.95.
I also get a blank window when I drag a local pdf to firefox instead of loading 
from
a web server.
