What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It would be excellent if one of the menu items would be to send the PDF to
Preview.app (or Acrobat or some other PDF viewer).

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.9.8 and OSX 10.5.4

I've just upgraded to 0.9.9, but Open with Preview.app do not function.
Click on "Open with Preview" seems to do nothing... no errors on console.
I've osx 10.5.2, but I think that this is not the problem. Firefox 3.0.3.
