Missing contextual menu item #57

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Control-click on PDF content region
2.

What is the expected output? 
Expect to see contextual menu item, "Open in Skim." Skim is my default PDF
reader. This works correctly in Safari and Omniweb. Presumably, "Open in
Preview" would not appear either.

What do you see instead?
No such contextual menu item.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.9.8. 10.4.11 PPC.

Please provide any additional information below.
I really like ice cream.
