No response for translation editor #174

Some time there is no response to mouse and keyboard in Translation Editor 
Interface and
Some time navigation bar is missing for some documents. 
However, after leaving workspace and reentering it, the problem goes away.

I should note that this issue *may* become obsolete when the editor changes are 
re-instated, but if we want to tackle it, we will need more information.

Is it possible to reproduce this issue with GWT's DevMode?  The DevMode client 
logging might help.  If that doesn't help, we can look at adding more logging 
around some of the client events.
