1)based on the database level undo/redo
2)If anything has been changed by other users, the undo feature is disabled 
since then
3)separate the undo /redo feature with browser undo/redo (Ctrl-Z and 
Ctrl-Shift-Z) so far

1) in other words, this is about undo/redo for the Save operation.
2) this is for the sake of data consistency
3) in other words, there will be toolbar buttons for undoing/redoing save 
operations.  Not linked to Ctrl-Z undo for now.
4) bookmarking of documents/messages won't be part of the initial implementation
5) undo/redo will only apply to the current document (for now)

The original user story (*with* bookmarking and navigation) was estimated at 20 
story points.

Well, some small improvement:
1) Tooltips should still be visible even when the button is deactivated.
2) Having some icons that can clearly tell whether the function is deactivated.
