As a translator I would like to see notification when other users start changing a message. #237

User story: As a translator I would like to see notification when other users 
start changing a message, 
so that we won't step each other's toe.

Perhaps Notify other users (eg by changing colour) when someone starts changing 
a message
2. Update other users (ie update their display) when someone saves changes to a 
message
3. Notify and kick someone out of edit mode if someone saves the same message 
first (to prevent overwrite) (Also consider other options.)
4. Possibly should time-out the change notification in #1 after a period of 
inactivity.

Mmm, I think time out the notification should also belong this issue. So the 
whole user story become:

User story: As a translator I would like to see notification when other users 
start changing a message, so that we won't step each other's toe. 

Time-out the change notification after a period of inactivity should also be 
implemented, so I know when is likely be safe to overwrite other's editing.
