Use a more lightweight container for flies development #78

With the current flies development setup, redeployments are slow, and 
integration test setups are somewhat unstable and inflexible.

It would be nice to have flies running in a plain servlet engine, and 
provide a way to test e.g. the persistence model without having to start a 
jboss server.
