Simplify move and trim tools #31

Looks like the Insert Move is the default behavior when moving clips on tracks, 
I don't see the need to have a button for it. I would suggest using a modifier 
key + move for Overwrite move and get rid of the buttons.

For the trim tools I would also use some modifier keys: let's say you press D 
and click at the end of the clip which would be the equivalent of the One roll 
trim button while pressing F + click, of the 2 roll trim button or something 
along these lines. 
The advantage I see is that you are in the move/trim mode only as long as you 
press the key which reduces the number of operations to get the job done. 

I believe something similar could be done with Lift clip and Splice out clip.
