Feature request : User can create a project folder at startup #67

I don't kwow what you think about the possibility to store all elements 
relative to a project in the same folder ?

For exemple, when you start the program, you decide (and create) a folder 
project. All elements like thumbnails, proxy, renders, etc... are automatically 
stored in this folder.

I think it could help for the portability of a project and it could be more 
easy to use (you don't have to define manually where to store thumbnails, 
proxy, etc...).

Yes, some version of this needs to be done. 

The main problem is that we're currently using absolute paths for media items, 
asking users to select different folders for items etc. This makes it 
practically impossible to back-up projects.

After implementing relative paths in load and save it is possible to implement 
many different ways to create movable projects. 

I'll do first version of this for next release.
