problems using prerolls and midrolls with dfp plugin #287

1.
Use dfp plugin, set a playlist and use preroll :
preroll will load and display but the playlist won't play at the end of the ad

2.
use mirdroll ad
midroll will load, display and everything will behave as expected except the 
updating of the duration on the scrollbar which will remain as the ad duration 
until we jump to an other clip
