It's caused from the enable toggle state problem that was supposably fixed :(

tested against ova test file, progressbar does not change to the disabled 
colour, however the dragger does.

I downloaded the latest version from flowplayer.org - and it seems the issue 
still exists.
Has the fixed version been deployed?

"Development release looks better but it still has some issues like missing 
outline around the progress ball which makes it almost impossible to see if I 
am using higher height of progress bar while the ball is the same color as the 
progress timeline (white)."
