Fixed in trunk a trivial issue but hard to find, the start property for the 
play2 options cannot be set at all as it was simply confusing the edge servers 
and it does not transition and sends a stream not found error. The same issue 
had to be changed in the internal osmf function. Change required in the rtmp 
plugin to subscribe to all available bitrates on startup, which seems like 
others caught this issue a while ago.
