pseudostreaming + start splash image demo from any frame does not work with empty cache #602

Go to
http://flowplayer.org/demos/plugins/streaming/first-frame.html
with an empty browser cache: stays on buffering animation, play button does not 
appear.

Works only after a click on the screen.

(still present with 3.2.12)

Empty cache, cold browser, usually goes away after a reload.

It's trying to seek back to 0 when pausing to frame, so overriding that to not 
seek, as it's already doing that with the start property and let it just pause 
after.
