Make bitrateselect and/or bwcheck work with rtmp combined streams #603

express the wish for bitrateselect and/or bwcheck to work with combined rtmp 
streams.

According to my experiments this is not possible at the moment - and I imagine 
quite hard to implement reliably.

Or did I overlook a possibility to either nest bitrate arrays within a streams 
array or vice versa?

I dont think its possible the rtmp plugin adds all those files as a server side 
playlist. it does not pass through any resolving chain. if you call to switch a 
file i'm not sure if there is a method to say which position its in to switch 
to. when it changes files it triggers start events so the plugins could be 
updated with a new list of bitrates perhaps. Im not sure if the plugins can 
have full control of this really however swapping the entire playlist with a 
different set of bitrates is perhaps the better option but it may not be 
seamless.
