ajouter une fonction de configuration de la freebox #288

L’idée serait d’être capable de configurer la freebox depuis 
freeboxmobile:

* configuration du router (dhcp, freeplayer, WOL ...)
* configuration du wifi
* configuration du contrôle parental
* ajouter accès aux factures, consomation téléphone en cours
* ajouter accès a la boutique ...

...
