Compte optique sous la forme fbxnnnnnn non géré #323

Impossible de paramétrer un compte freebox optique dont le numéro de compte 
est formé comme suit :

fbxnnnnnn

La saisie des 6 chiffres du compte fbxnnnnnn (dans mon cas il y en a 6) après 
le préfixe forcé FO ne fonctionne pas.

Un champ complètement libre premettrait de tester et d'anticiper d'autres 
formats d'identifiants freebox.

La saisie du numéro de téléphone en 09 fonctionne (en choisissant adsl du 
coup).
