Sync Patient View with Patient Files #101

when user selects a patient on patient view either by single-click or up/down 
arrows... the same record should be selected on the patient files page.

the way it currently is, can be very confusing and misleading because the 2 
pages are not synced correctly.

So basically when you move up/down in the grid or click on a patient -- it 
should re-act the same way as the double-click currently does, the only 
different is that it should not flip to the patient files view. Then if the 
user clicks on the "patients files" icon, the record that is displayed is the 
same as the patient listing
