Prescription Printing: allow to print daily table #291

In some circumstances, MD needs to print a daily reminder for the prescription. 
This reminder is presented as a table with:
- rows: drugs
- columns: morning, midday, afternoon, mealtime, bedtime
- each cells contain the number to give.
Eg:
