Identity edition: picture not saved

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Using gp1_basic1_multimodes & recently built from master FMF 0.9.1 on Debian 
Wheezy

1. go to Identity of Patient X
2. select a picture, the picture then shows in the Identity tab only (not on 
the main picture zone near the name & age of the patient
3. click save
4. select another patient Y
5. go back to Patient X
6. The picture has disappeared

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Should see the selected picture. See nothing instead.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

Hint:

"formDataMapper            isDirty false, Form: Subs::Tools::Identity" 
"BaseWidget::Mode::FormPlaceHolder Episode not saved, episode is not dirty"

When saving the change (picture), debug terminal says episode not saved, 
episode not dirty

By the way what does "dirty" mean?

Ok. This looks like a bug in the identity plugin. I'll check this
Dirty means that some data were modified but not already saved.
